How much is shipping?

Shipping domestically costs about 3$. We use USPS First Class Mail to help reduce high shipping fees. Unfortunately, to keep shipping costs low, we are unable to provide a viable shipping number/tracking to our customers at this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience. (Although we are working on setting up options to allow for tracking!).

When are products shipped out? How fast is delivery?

Products are shipped out once a week on Mondays. If you would like to receive your order faster, please order before Monday. Note that we are a very small team of 1-2 people hand packing and shipping orders,

We request you allow at least 5 days for delivery. Shipping times may experience delays due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. International shipments may take 1 week - 1 month for delivery. If you do not receive your order within 1-2 weeks, please contact use immediately so we may resolve your issue!

Issue with order/Damage upon arrival?

We strive to make sure all customers are happy with their order. It would be such a shame to receive an order damaged, and we understand that! If there is an issue with your purchase or the product is damaged upon arrival, please contact use immediately so we may try and resolve your issue! When will you respond to questions/reply?

All emails are checked periodically through the week. It may take up to 2 days to receive a reply. Please note that we are a small team, things may get busy outside of the shop and response times may be later than expected. If you don’t receive a response within two days, please try contacting us again or checking your spam folder!
